We want you to be completely satisfied with your GOFRANCK outerwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unworn item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the garment in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
